Breathing Techniques

My latest video demonstrates three breathing techniques that I use whenever a panic attacks strikes, or if I feel overly anxious. No paper bags required, and I can vouch that they actually work! I hope you find them useful. (Sorry about the see-through T’shirt & the incessant drilling outside)!

    Hi,
    That is really very good. I love the rebreathing technique it does work! They are so simple to do too. I suppose with awareness and practice you will remember to do it. I would love to do a video but would be way too anxious!

    Hi I’m 18 years old and I haven’t been able to leave my house for about a year and a half now. I’m scared to try those techniques. Do they really work?

      Hi Micheal. Thanks for reaching out. Im really sorry to about your issues & it’s totally natural to be nervous.
      In my opinion yes they do work. But it’s all about practice. Don’t be disheartened if they don’t work to full effect on your first try.
